Samsung Upgrade Program DISCONTINUED

I have been with Samsung Upgrade Program for over 10years and last year they gave me Upgrade after over 2 years.

This year when I contacted for this the customer service chat representative said that they have discontinued Samsung Upgrade Program and we can no longer Upgrade.

This seems to be a complete miss guiding information as they are still promoting Upgrade program for S25.

I have attached the chat, which clearly shows how much Samsung cares for thier customers.

Anyone else having same issue?

Yes Flex is not the same as the upgrade program. It is like a car lease in that you pay 14 payments and after the payments are made you either make a final payment or hand the phone back. I am not sure why they set 14 months as it is not aligned to their upgrade cycle. I could pay of the whole balance and trade in now.

It's not for two reasons. 1. You can not upgrade for 14 months, so it's out of sync with their release cycle. 2. If you have access to the EPP site, you can not buy through this and so lose discount.

Yes good point. At the same time Samsung Upgrade Program is not available for S25 which makes it pointless.

I was under the impression after ready many thread the although the Upgrade program is closing i had to keep checking to see if i could upgrade ( as samsung didnt know anything and kept passing the finance and finance kept passing me to samsung ) nobody seems to know , conflicting info of everyone, tried logging in and the landing page keeps changing , now shows wrong credentials, only Klarna details seem to work , i have given up now,  a very disappointing experience to be honest, considering my options now

Yes totally agree. Samsung makes it a awfull experience when it comes to Uprade Programs. The customer representatives do not care if you are a customer or not.
