Ordered a 2nd Marine strap (Grey) for my new Watch Ultra.
Current discount of 50% made price competitive and provides a subtle alternative to the orange strap originally ordered.
For past week the strap colour has been out of stock so I requested 'inform me when in stock'
Pointless!
I checked each day and this afternoon found its back in stock but as in previous requests no notification of any sort recieved!
As a customer experience, and as a Samsung registered buyer, a really poor communication process.......except of course for the unending line of spam emails which arrive daily from them!
