Lost of benefits of the pre-order of the Z Fold 6 with the Bud 3 pro

I pre-ordered the Z Fold 6 and the Buds 3 pro the 10th of July using as much as the discounts applicable and it was very good deal for me overall ( £1381,07 including a trade in of my Z Fold 4). Nevertheless, for some proper reason to Samsung, I only received my phone but not the Buds. I was expecting the buds maybe once they had had a new stock, but, I was disappointed to receive an email informing me that my buds order was purely and simply cancelled without any apology for any inconveniences that may have caused.
However, I went back two days later trying to buy again the buds 3 pro, but this time, singlely and without any discount as all of them have expired. I was luckily able to buy one although it was a full price.

In the UK I had an email.
Delays due to quality controle issues. In the email it does say customers who have purchased their buds through promotion, will be refunded the discount value. I haven't cancelled mine and still remains order confirmed. Might be worth contacting Samsung as it was not your fault you've lost out on promotions. Plus it wasn't yourself who cancelled.1722254864918.jpg

In fact, the refund was effective. But, I lost the benefit of the promotion effect. No explanation, no apologies from them.
