Samsung KX London security guards is rasist and rude, threaten me in the store

I have been a Samsung user for years holding a S23 Ultra and bought a S24 Ultra for my family.

Went to the KX today thinking of buying a TV, asked the staff for the toilet and went to the toilet, the sercurity guard came after me and telling me I can't used it and gave me no reason.

The salesperson are kind and professional but the security guards are Rude and ridiculous!!!!

The security is racist and I would not buying any Samsung any more. 

Would not recommend anyone going to this store.

Already report to the store manager and waiting for apologise and call back.

Hi there, Sorry to hear about your experience in Samsung KX.
For this to be properly investigated by Samsung, you should phone Samsung support or bring it higher.

I have been to Samsung KX many many times and not experienced anything like this.
Never had an issue using toilets either.
Might be worth private messaging @Sam_UK to see if they can get a contact to assist you with your experience.
I'm sure this will be something that they will want to learn more about

Having been to KX a couple of weeks ago, I found all the staff to be very pleasant, warm and friendly (including the security staff).

There are always two sides to a story......
