I thought I would move into my new home in July but it is now August.
I have tried Samsung Chat and despite me contacting them BEFORE the despatch date they said they cannot delay the delivery date.
I am so STRESSED out by the appalling customer service replies as one said it was due to "security reasons"

The items haven't been despatched
I picked the latest date but realised my move in date to the new property will not be until August so wanted to delay
Problem with cancelling is I cannot guarantee to get that price
It's a shame that when a customer requests a delivery date delayed by a few weeks or so that Samsung are quite happy to lose you to LG

It's a fridge, washing machine and a dryer
I cannot take a risk so had to cancel
Samsung are slow with even cancelling the items!
Note: It hasn't been despatched but a ticket was required
