So successfully ordered the Galaxy Ultra on the first day on. Circumstances changed and needed to change the delivery address as we are in the process of moving house
 
Called Samsung to explain and they told me that I would have to cancel the order to change the delivery address, so cancelled the order
 
Tried to re-order and got rejected by Klarna. Samsung and Klarna don't want to know! 
 
So frustrated - anyone else in the same boat?

I know if the billing address and delivery address is different, I have heard from some they get this happening.
Also try a different browser or clear the cookies and data from your browser

@DJ04NES same here.. totally frustrated.. mine got rejected too.. and the Klarna offshore colleagues give me a different story every time.. girlfriend ended up getting in her name
