S24 ultra Samsung Finance issue

I am trying to purchase the S24 Ultra via Samsung Finance but I keep getting an error 

Service Unavailable - DNS failure

Any help on how to resolve the issue?

I keep getting declined, saying it cant verify details! Assume it is just traffic overload! 🤞 as no issue with my credit etc

Which is a bit weird because that's them doing a soft check.

I know. Just checked my credit file to make sure nothing dodgy was on there and all good, as expected, so not sure what is going on. I will try next week.

I also got declined on soft search saying it can't verify details. I just spoke to Samsung Finance and they have told me its because I took out a Samung finance loan last month for another phone I ordered for my wife and I need to wait 45 days for another application! So now I'll lose out on the pre order offers 😡
