Samsung Poor service

On 18th May I ordered Samsung Series 6 RS66A8101S9/EU American Style Fridge Freezer with SpaceMax™ Technology - Silver (including all the service(Installation and Door removal and taking the old fridge back). I received the delivery on 24th May which was not good enough compare to Curry or AO which have next day delivery for the same price.

From Day 1 I could hear a noise from the compressor which dose not sounds like normal and I reported this issue with Samsung on 30th May. The Engineer from Samsung Partner was assigned and he came on 3rd June to diagnose the problem. After diagnosing the problem, I was told the Fridge is Faulty and will need replacement.

Call was log for the replacement and I was told all the service which I bough during the order will come with it. Replacement was book for 07th June the Delivery company was standing outside and they informed me there is no service book for door removal and hence cannot deliver the Fridge.

Call up Samsung and they told me they will look into it and find out what has gone wrong and get back to me. I am still waiting for my new fridge to come and don't even know if that would be perfect either ?

From all the above I have lost  2 days of my work, plus £200 worth of my food has gone bad as I have to switch of the fridge 10 hours prior to the delivery. and the mental stress which is causing to me.

Not sure why I trusted Samsung and order the Fridge from them.

It's hell from day 1 I order the fridge from Samsung.

Hey there and welcome to the Forum

Whilst I emphasise with your challenges, and it does appear tons haven't quite gone to plan. BUT.....

When you placed the order, you would have been offered a choice of delivery dates. So now ain't a complaint that AO & Curry's were offering next day for the same price doesn't wash.

You had a choice where to order from, you chose to order direct from Samsung and were given choice.

In terms of the rest of your issue, you'll need to speak to Samsung Customer Service. We aren't able to assist on here, this is a customer to customer forum so we don't have access to personal info.

Hi,  

Regarding your statement "When you placed the order, you would have been offered a choice of delivery dates2 - This is wrong, you don't get the delivery dates until you have made the payment, which I think is not correct.

I've ordered many items from Samsung and delivery date options have always been before payment.

Are you based in the UK? (this is the UK / EU forum)?

Try to order a Fridge and check it yourself.

Also for your information, Samsung Customer services have no clue of the delivery, looks like a huge communication GAP with Samsung and their delivery partners.

For example I called Samsung Customer Service at 10:00 am and ask them whether they expedites the delivery date and I was told they cannot do anything and have to wait for 2 weeks. After an hour I received email from their delivery  partner that it's going to deliver tomorrow.
