Morning all, has anyone had a birthday code sent recently? I normally get one every year on my actual birthday (7th June) but this year I never received one. My wife didn't get hers on 2nd June either. I asked the Samsung online chat knowing they are pretty useless and they said to "rest assured I would receive a code at some point" however I am extremely doubtful now the date has passed.

I got mine a week before my birthday so check back in your emails for the week prior. Also you need to be opted into marketing.

Ho do you check if you have opted into marketing?  I have spend  45 mins with online chat to not resolve how i check?  any help would be appreciated please

Alternatively, if you have a Galaxy device with a registered Samsung account, please swipe up from your Home screen > Tap on your Samsung account at the top of the Settings menu > Security and privacy > Get news and special offers, and toggle this option on.

Ad already mentioned this is the only year I've not received one, yes I have the marketing options checked. I check my emails and the junk box multi times daily.

How frustrating, especially if you know you're signed up for all the marketing. They are definitely still being sent as I got mine last wrek. Might be worth calling the e-store team to tell them how disappointed you are to see if they can offer any discount codes, 15% is a lot if you're planning to make a big purchase.

I cant find anyone to contact anywhere. I've spoken to loads of people on the general Samsung line who, lets be nice,  haven't got a Jeffing clue. I get passed around the houses to then be cut off as they clearly don't know how to help.

Did all that. I have been a Samsung customer for years. Purchased a few devices, including one last year. Never received a birthday discount code even once. I tried to escalate this and was given an abrupt "toigh luck" response. Not happy.
