New s25 not connecting to new network

Thank yous for you help. So i got my email today to say I've been activated now and I got my new number. It says in the email that I did not give a pac number. So I went and tried to fill out the online form but says the number is not valid. Anyone have any advice for this issue?

Original question 
So I've received my new s25 and my new sim card for three. I have set up my new phone with new sim and all and left it for a day. I'm still not connecting to the mobile network. 

At checkout I submitted my pac code. I have tried register on the three app but there is no phone number assigned to the new sim that I can find and my old number isn't recognised yet as a three customer. The phone is recognising there is a sim but not connecting to anything.

Reboot the phone? Airplane mode? Doing these usually fixes this

Which makes me think it's down to Three having some delays.

Account Verification: Sometimes, the activation delay is due to pending account verification processes with Three.

Phone Restart: A simple restart can often resolve activation issues. Turn your phone off completely, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes trigger the activation process.

SIM Card Insertion: Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted into your Samsung S25 Ultra. Sometimes, a slightly misaligned SIM can prevent activation. Try taking the SIM out and reinserting it firmly.

Sorry for the issues you're facing, it can be frustrating..

Sometimes it could take more than 24h restarting your phone from time to time could help, also you can reset "mobile network settings" I had issue like this but from different network it took me 48h to import my new number.

It took a few days to get a confirmation text on my new sim. And the pac code i put in at checkout didn't work so I had to fill out the online form for three to start the process. Took another few days then. Only working today now

Ive had my new three sim since 10/02/25 and it still not connecting or showing me a phone number. Three are saying they cant help and samsung customer service is not exisistent on the phone. My 02 number i got my PAC code gave to samsung and now that doesnt recieve calls or texts but i can call out 😂

Ive had my new samsung s25 since the 10/02/25 and new sim card still not registered? And customer services havent really got a clue whats going on. Like above comment i cannot see what the Three number is.

Oh then I'm not sure sorry. If you try the online chat service on the website or Facebook using the order number maybe they can help from there
