Expired rewards points

On 1/8/22, I had 40000 and on 1/6/24 13290 so, 53290 points  have expired!

On April 21st 2024, I made a purchase of approx £2800/- on Samsung website. Despite this, I have 0 points!

I fail to understand how this works and feel a bit like I'm being scammed.

@Members_v88yGM7: Were you signed in to your Samsung account when you made your purchase? If so, and if your reward points aren't showing, then please call 0333 000 0333, and an advisor will be able to look into this further for you.

You need to be signed into your Samsung account in the Samsung online store for rewards points to be credited
Points normally get credited once any returns period finishes. Normally around 28 days.
If you were signed in, then contact the Samsung customer support to find out what has happened.
I've had them arrive after 6 weeks before once
Rewards points do have a expiry date and you can view this in your account
