On 1/8/22, I had 40000 and on 1/6/24 13290 so, 53290 points have expired!
On April 21st 2024, I made a purchase of approx £2800/- on Samsung website. Despite this, I have 0 points!
I fail to understand how this works and feel a bit like I'm being scammed.

@Members_v88yGM7: Were you signed in to your Samsung account when you made your purchase? If so, and if your reward points aren't showing, then please call 0333 000 0333, and an advisor will be able to look into this further for you.
