I have logged into my account this week to find that 30,000 of my Reward Points are missing, the history states they were used against an order placed on 12 Jan 2025. I haven't placed an order and there is nothing in my order history - last order pleased was September 2024. I have tried online chat - they couldn't help. I phoned the number given to me by the online chat people (0333 000 0333) - they couldn't see my account but said that they would place a £30 voucher on my account but then they cut me off and this has still not been resolved. Trying to find contact details on Samsung for issues with my account is impossible - anyone got any contact details I can try please?
