Missing Reward Points

I have logged into my account this week to find that 30,000 of my Reward Points are missing, the history states they were used against an order placed on 12 Jan 2025. I haven't placed an order and there is nothing in my order history - last order pleased was September 2024. I have tried online chat - they couldn't help. I phoned the number given to me by the online chat people (0333 000 0333) - they couldn't see my account but said that they would place a £30 voucher on my account but then they cut me off and this has still not been resolved. Trying to find contact details on Samsung for issues with my account is impossible - anyone got any contact details I can try please?

Our Samsung Online Shop team are the correct team to investigate your orders and reward points for you. You can reach them on 0333 000 0333. Our phone line is open from 8am - 8pm | Monday to Friday. 9am - 6pm | Saturday to Sunday.

I had already tried the online shop team and was on a call with them for over 20 mins only to get cut off. I didn't really want to go through the whole thing again but luckily they have sorted and sent me a voucher code. Thanks all for your help.
