S23 Ultra order delayed by 2 weeks

Has anyone else dealt with order delays in June/July?

I've ordered my S23 Ultra on the 24th June, I've been told it's going to be delivered on the 7th, but until that exact date, i didn't get any updates on my order. Then on the 7th of July, I received an email telling me that my order has been delayed until the 21st of July. 

I'm worried the 21st will come and they will delay my order again...

By the way, could anyone please tell me if I should be concerned that my order is still on "Order acknowledged" for more than 2 weeks now? It's not even on preparing dispatch.

Ordered my s23 ultra on 22nd September 2023 . Was supposed to be delivered on 26 sep . But recvd email its been delayed till 2nd october . And today on 29th September 2023 recvd anotger email that its been delayed further n now expect delivery by 5th october .... i regret Ordering from samsung n never ever again will order direct from samsung . My money is stuck n they dont gve a ***** .

I’m in exactly the same boat as you I ordered the lilic one same day as you and had both the same extensions, hope it comes on the 5th🤞

Hi. Did you receive your order? I ordered on 23rd Sept and each time I call them. They give me a new date. Its ridiculous!
