How do you actually redeem your points...I seem to be locked in a never ending cycle where the option to redeem does not exist, in the members app it take me to webpage which then takes to the web page to buy a galaxy fold...i already lost 40,000 points last year and I am looking to lose 12.2k this year.

I find I have to go through a browser like the Samsung one and log into your account
