New phone day has arrived 🙌

DPD delivered my upgrade program pre-order a day later then it said it would be on my order (pre-ordered on the 15th February, estimated delivery 15th March) and 8 days earlier then the rescheduled delivery date from the text message I received from Samsung on the 10th March to say that the phone was going to be delayed.

Phone is the S22 Ultra 256gb in burgundy 🙌

Hope those that are still waiting for theirs get them soon 🙏

I just got mine delayed once more.  That is the end of the line. I cancelling. Samsung has had over 3K pounds of  my money for over a month and so far they have not being able to provide me not even with decent communication.

I ordered S22 Ultra Blue 512Gb on the 9th of February. Showing delivery date 14th of March. Status is Heading to your country. Is any of you guys who received the ultra blue based in UK? How long it took since the status changed to Heading to your country until you actually received your phone. Did at any point received a DPD tracking number. Was it delivered by DPD or, if not, who delivered it?
Samsung customer support have no information about the status of the order or when I’ll get my phone. I’m gutted.
