Flip 5 Delays

Has anyone else's Flip 5 order been delayed? Ordered on the 26th just after the launch (at about 1pm) and delivery date was showing as 4th of August (and still does now) but I got an email this morning (Friday) saying it delayed until tomorrow (Saturday).

No DPD shipping information yet so I'm not hopeful of it coming Saturday. Samsung support haven't given any reason for the delay and have just said it will be with me Saturday...we will see!

Mine should be a 512GB Cream if that makes a difference!

Same issue as above, ordered on the 26th and delivery date was set to the 4th.   On the morning of the 4th I got an email saying delayed due to circumstances beyond their control.  I then got the same email on the 5th and 6th but nothing since then.  

When i check my orders it just says preparing dispatch but no idea on when ?

Has anyone had any further updates? Mine still says preparing dispatch with a delivery date of yesterday (which didn't happen).

Yet Samsung have 1000s in stock and are sending out phones to people who have ordered on Sunday night and have their device Monday morning. We need answers Samsung.

Mine has now moved from "Order Acknowledged" to "Preparing dispatch" with an arrival date of 9/8/23 (today) - so it won't be today.......

Mine has been Preparing Dispatch since last Tuesday so I wouldn't be too optimistic. Mine still shows the most recent delivery date given which was yesterday (spoiler...it didn't come).

I ordered Cream 512GB and by looking at the JSON file behind Samsung's site, you can see there are 9572 of this model in stock.

How is that you can get most of new models flip 5 fold 5 and all watch 6 variants on Amazon next day delivery .
I ordered mine 27th July. Fir delivery 4th August.
AND to make matters really really worse. The agent on chat kindly placed order fir me .. but made the mistake of adding my trade as the FOLD 4 when it should have been the FLIP 4.
CONSEQUENTLY. Trade in values are wrong. A difference of £110.00. Which I have to pay.NOT my fault.
I did try to Speak to a supervisor ( after escalated my complaint). Asking if they would as a gesture of goodwill honour the order as it stood.( if you don't ask you don't get).
I'm now stuck in a situation of constant back and forth to ALl departments given the run around. As the agent supervisor is not replying to any of my emails for an update.
It has to be honest a terrible experience when buying new tech should be a happy experience which I my case has been far from it. To the point I feel like cancelling the order but if I do I'll lose the free offer of buds pro which was live at the time.
Samsung should do things A LOT BETTER.

Yes exactly. Someone at Samsung needs to notice there complaints and act on it. As I mentioned previously, I know someone who ordered from Samsung on Sunday and got their Flip Monday morning while people who loyally pre-ordered are left waiting.

I think we all should complain on social media. That's the only way companies take notice when their reputation is being tattered. I have same issue with Samsung that have been will at communicating in what's going on. I called the agent for an update on my order and she couldn't even tell me and told me she will email me with an update. I'm still waiting and it's been days. They are awful at communication such I expected so much more from Samsung. My status is still stuck on preparing for dispatch with 4th August date and no update is given. We are stuck in limbo. I'll speak be taking this to social media for a rant to get heard.

Totally agree. It's a total shambles.
They've got or money on god knows hiw many pre orders.
Then just not interested.
I WILL be putting a shout out on Facebook. You and EVERYONE else facing same issues should do the same.
