Delay in Order for Samsung 25+ and Package

I am writing to follow up on the delay regarding my recent order for the Samsung 25+ and the associated package. I was expecting to receive the items by 15/2, but unfortunately, there has been a delay in the delivery process

Could you kindly provide an update on the status of my order? Any information regarding the expected delivery time would be greatly appreciated
