Ordered on 14th February with a delivery on 15th March. Just went onto chat to chase and was told that it would be delivered on the 15/03/2022. I pointed our that that's was last week and they just transferred me to a queue of 32700 other people with a time of 17 hours. Shocking service Samsung.
So today after my little rant - i decided to cancel my order. Logged in today to hit "cancel" only to find that is now suddenly changed to " awaiting despatch" so guess what, the option to cancel is now not available 🤔
