I ordered Z Fold 6 on 11-Jul-2024 and didnt receive any email confirmation, while the money was charged immediately to my account. I contacted their pathetic customer service and they told me the order is under review due to an unknown reason and will take 3 days. Today i contacted the Samsung Customer Support again and they said it will take 7-10 business days for the support team to come up with the status of order. I mean what kind of pathetic company is this? I live in Aus. Galaxy Z Fold6

I ordered my F6 the day after launch, its taken a few days for the order to be confirmed.
Disappointed to see expected delivery of the 2nd August (I wont be here!) when I still see online that delivery is after the 24th July, which is what I expected.
After an online chat with customer service, it's just the standard answers and no reason given for the disparity between advertised delivery date and mine.
Anyone else getting the same?

in LV Order Delay is explained by: they are missing free Galaxy Buds 3 Pro and they will split delivery as soon as possible, fold6 and all free stuff first and free Galaxy Buds 3 Pro next month.
