I've ordered the s24 ultra and there is a bonus of getting a £30 galaxy store voucher. Just wondering how you claim this.

Open the Samsung Wallet app, it's there under Vouchers.

Wait until the phone has been despatched and delivered to you @Ally62 and then you'll be able to claim the voucher.

I had the same query but you have to use the device you're purchasing (ultra) to claim, you'll then find it in Wallet 👍

Yes you need your new mobile.

On s24u pre order for 23rd Feb delivery, but the offer suggests "it must be redeemed by 14th Feb.

How do I go about this?
