£30 galaxy store voucher

I've ordered the s24 ultra and there is a bonus of getting a £30 galaxy store voucher. Just wondering how you claim this.

Have a close look at the claim form and Terms and Conditions @DWB as there is usually a section dedicated to people claiming Late due to delays.

It appears there's no claim form for the £30 credit, unless am missing something, it only appear to suggest visiting the Wallet App to claim.

Am wondering if there's anyone else who's on pre order for late Feb delivery and either successfully claimed or still having issues?

Hi I've got my Samsung s24 ultra, using it right now, when I go to Samsung wallet it shows both the disney and £30 voucher promotions but doesn't let me claim them, the button is just grey, if I press it, it doesn't do anything. Any help with that?

There is nothing is the galaxy store worth spending it on.

Unless someone can point me towards some nice app or game. The voucher seems like a waste.

Hello, received phone today around 12pm and nothing in the samsung wallet app to reedem. How long i should wait?

I checked and i found only disney plus voucher for 12 month. There is no 30 pound voucher for samsung store

I have the same issue... it seems like there's nothing worth spending the money on in the Galaxy Store. I wish we could transfer it to Google store or Samsung pay. It's gonna waste

Same situation here. No voucher after accessing Samsung Wallet on my new device. There are no issues regarding Disney+.

I am sorry to bother but I am so lost with the vouchers. My pre order was late 7 days so finally got it delivered today and I am trying to claim the voucher. I went to the wallet under promotions I've got everything but that silly £30 any idea what to do? I think I literally read so many thread but still can't find an answer 😕 any idea ? Thanks ☺️
