Can't  locate WiFi calling button on my s10

Hi, you will need to contact your network provider to enable the feature. I had to do it with mine. What network provider are you with?

As @121211 has said above, it needs to be provisioned by your network. Once done, go to your green phone icon, click on settings then slide WiFi calling to on.
