Wifi Calling

I have an issue in that i cant receive landline incoming calls when my wifi calling is switched on, i can still receive mobile calls.

Any ideas??

Depending on your device (as you haven't mentioned which device you have) and your location....

Have you selected "WiFi preferred" or "mobile network preferred" in WiFi settings?

To access WiFi Calling settings, pull down from the top of your screen, press on WiFi Calling and select settings.

Hi i have a s20 fe and im in the uk, as i said i can receive mobile calls through wifi calling but not landline numbers i waited for a gp call and it wouldnt connect

Ok that doesn't make sense. Either the call should arrive or it shouldn't, regardless of it's origin.

Still check your settings though just to be sure as above.

When i press wifi calling it only lets me switch on or off, no settings

No doesnt look like it, problem is i dont know how long its been an issue, as still been receiving mobile calls, only because i thought GP never phoned me did i phone them and was told it wouldnt connect, got my mum to try and its the same issue, though i can phone landlines ok
