I've just bought myself a s21 and have started to experience the phenomenon that is 'the black screen of death'
It's happened twice in 3 days and I'm considering getting a refund and changing to a different phone. Does anyone have any idea on what models are prone to doing this?
There's no specific model of any phone I'm aware of that is "prone to doing this". It goes without saying, any phone that doesn't work is defective or broken.
I would return the phone. To were you purchest . And aske for a refund or a replacement under you stareey rights they can't refuse unless it happen in your care but I'm sure that's not the case
