Since the last update

One UI: 6.1

September 2024

My wifi don't switch on

I've already reboot my phone many times and nothing fixed the issue.

It's clearly linked with the update! Why pushing that update without any global check if it cause issue?

Hi @slaywal 👋

Just as a troubleshooting step please try >

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/my-galaxy-smartphone-has-frozen-how-do-i-restart-i...

And Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

If you do feel the update is at fault here then please do send feedback also via your Samsung Members App.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I've been having same issue since last year... think was an update that did that too. Have you had any luck? I have been putting off moving all my files (without wifi it's too long) and then doing a factory reset

Any ideas, anyone?
