Looks like samsung (or maybe verizon) pushed an update overnight to the S10 series. This update seems to have borked our phones.

Phone is currently in bootloop: displays "Samsung Galaaxy S10 secured by knox" vibrates, shows "SAMSUNG" for about 90 seconds, powers off, repeat

CURRENT FIX: Factory reset phone from recovery menu <=== THIS IS NOT OPTIMAL!!!!)

Things that do nothing:

power cycling

recovery menu* reset cache, fix apps (although, some community members report that fixing apps has led them to get to enter a pin code only to have phone reboot).

*recovery menu offers no solution aside from Factory Reset.

ABD commands to boot into different modes offers those modes, however, I personally, have found no resolution in ADB commands or fastboot commands. I will attempt to use Odin, but it has been YEARS since ive messed with phone firmware, and my phone is still factory, so, i am unsure what access odin will let me have access to in firmware flashing.

Logs show no obvious issues to the lay person.

There is a reddit thread tracking the same issue at:

Hello @menethroan and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋

I would suggest to submit your post in your own regions section too for a more appropriate detailed response.

You do also have the option to send feedback via your Samsung Members App.

I wish you all the best with this situation.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
