@Peterdm: Updates are rolled out in batches, so will reach some users sooner than others. All I can suggest is heading to Settings > Biometrics and Security > Other Security Settings > Scroll down > Security Policy Updates, and toggle this on. Now, head to Settings > Software Update > Auto Download Over Wi-Fi, to allow you to download the update when it becomes available in your region.
