  • I updated my Samsung galaxy s20 5g and now i have  to put my phone on loudspeaker to hear my contacts calling me and they can hear me but I can't hear them and call will cut out , also sometimes phone won't ring at all will go straightto voicemail. . Non contacts can phone I will hear it ring. Sent it in for repairs, got it back same problem. Anyone else has the same problem? Is it the software? Can I have the previous version installed again? Any help please. Thanks

Try clearing data of Phone apps (every app with green dialer icon) and Contacts app. (NOT STORAGE, every contacts will be deleted)
