System UI on lock screen /correct pattern not recognized S20+

I have a System UI message on my locked phone screen.. that appeared  after 2 days of  the pattern problem...that may solve the problem.!!!!!..

I am 100% sure of the correct pattern that it is rejected more than 20 times now..

I read about running updates using SD care that can be reached from the recovery mood...

Can I do that for the UI system message or any updates that may help??? from where I can download the update to my SD???

The last thing I did for my S20+ >>> (("wipe cache partition" as suggested in many sites .. now waiting for 24 hour to pass and try the pattern again)).. it is the first time I do it though i use my S20+ since 2021..

My phone had a virus No guide could fix so they said send it back to EE tech team with sim and lock instructions. They sent it back minus the Sim and it was locked .It said on the screen put in password I could not remember ever having a password because I used face recognition biometric design and sim code.Gemini said try all the passwords for Google Samsung and EE you have used in the past now it is locked completely. THE SIM I WAS TRYING TO USE A NEW ONE IS BLOCKED FOREVER.I CANNOT MAKE PHONE CALLS EVEN ON MY OLD PHONE NOW .CAN YOU HELP,?
