Hello, I am currently on my moms old phone and it is lagging and giving me bizzare errors for example IMEI stopped working, Link to Windows has closed and there is no software update, it's still stuck at android 10 and when I did my research android 12 should be the latest update but it can't give the update, when I try to check for update basically it says there's a unknown problem and restart but restarting is useless. I went on recovery mode and I did the cache partition and a locale test and I can predict based on the information that it was during a security update but it failed to do so, so it is erasing that memory but it can't so the phone is usable but it has constant error, lag and battery drainage. I don't know if putting it on factory reset will do any help since it is a software liked issue but I am not a phone tech to particularly know that. I will just attach some screenshots. If anyone have any thoughts on what I should try or know how to solve the issue please tell me.
(If your going to ask if any apps are affected by it, yes I can't log in to my Samsung account and I wanted to go on Samsung members on it but I can't log in to Samsung members due to can't log in to Samsung account, I reset my password and added a phone number which was useless because the moment I pressed log in it just loads and doesn't log in like it doesn't even say incorrect password, it just won't log in)
