Got green line post software patch

Post software update i got green line and this is the second time

No physical damage.

Enquired samsung centre they saying for out of warranty need paid replacement only is the option.

Factory reset and all option tried.

Dear Samsung, will you suggest a way

We're not Samsung directly, being a forum for customers.

Go to Settings - Security and privacy - Auto Blocker - turn off.

Go to phone and type *#0*#. A diagnostic screen will open; go through the color tests (red, green,blue). If the issue remains, unfortunately, it has to be a hardware fault and will need to be repaired

*turn auto blocker back on after
