And yet again, going back to the past...

Looking at the screen of this phone, I cannot believe how beautiful, vibrant and bright, yet pleasing to the eye it is, I wish I could put this display on all my phones. 5 years old and still the best AMOLED (Dynamic AMOLED 2x, 12 Hz, HDR10+, resolution 1440x3200 pixels, 20:9 ratio ~511 ppi density) display I have seen on any phone. The Android 13 and the UI 5.1 are still very aesthetic and in a weird nostalgic way, I miss using this phone despite the fact that I am currently using one of the latest phones Samsung released this year; the S20 Ultra still performs well. Unfortunately I had to give up on it because it's got a cracked screen (Corning Gorilla Gpass 6) after it survived many falls with excellent sturdiness and it's heating up like a stove (most probably because of the Exynos 990 chipset) especially when I use the cameras (108 MP, 48 MP periscope telephoto, 4x optical zoom, 10x hybrid zoom, 120* ultrawide, super steady video, led flash auto-HDR, panorama, video 8K@24 fps, 4K@ 30/60 fps, etc) ... yes, Samsung has come a long way now with the phone technology, but except the draw backs I mentioned, the software itself and some hardware features such as the camera and the display, are still great in 2025.

Hello 👋 @Star_girl

I agree thats a good solid all rounder.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I made this post because every time I turn on this phone it's display brightens up my day.😊
My top 3 Samsung phones displays are:
- Samsung Galaxy S 20 Ultra: 6.9 inches, Dynamic AMOLED 2x 120 Hz, HDR10+ 1400 nits (peak)
- Samsung Galaxy S 23 Ultra(never owned one though): 6.8 inches, Dynamic AMOLED 120 Hz, HDR10+, 1200 nits, 1750 (peak)
- Samsung Galaxy S 25 Ultra: 6.9 inches, Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2x, 120 Hz, HDR10+, 2600 nits (peak)

The source where i got the specks from is GSM Arena, which has been my support to decide which phone to buy for at least 12 years 😊

Great phone, unfortunately mine was one that had the terrible green tint to the display. Only reason I really upgraded to the S21 Ultra. It was also my second device as I returned the first one back to Samsung. I didn't really want to return another one again. So kept it.

@Star_girl   Yes some of the older Devices still perform well even if may not have all the bells and whistles a number  desire,in any case can also be good as a secondary device.    The S20 ultra though was one I missed out on, obviously it was still impressive so  sad about the cracked screen.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

I remember when I got mine the screen was not very nice, many customers were complaining and the green screen was a big issue, I remember mine was not just very bright. I remember Samsung made a questionnaire that popped up on the screen one day and a few weeks later the display was improved and it became miles better just through software updates.

True. Older phones still perform satisfactory for every day needs even with older Android versions.

I forgot to say only having the screen on was draining the battery light speed fast and alot of customers were complaining about it.😅
