Hi everyone, I've recently discovered that my s21 Ultra hasn't been charging at the usual rate it says it is. Usually it takes a little over an hour to fully charge from 0% but now it takes around 2 to 2 and a half hours. I downloaded the antutu benchmark app to monitor the charging input and found that thr charging input happens to fluctuate. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Seems to not be charging at the 25w it can.

The cable and plug are both Samsung and 25W chargers? Have you attempted other chargers?

Go to samsung members- support- diagnostics. See if it passes

I've got two 25w chargers, I've tried using both of them, and get the same result.

I'll check diagnostics now, both cables and charging bricks are also from Samsung

Let me explain what happened. A battery shouldn't be drained to 0%. A battery shouldn't be kept at 100%. It seems like you have been charging it from 0% to 100% in one go. That's probably the worst thing you can do to a battery. Your phone is also a few years old now. Assuming you have done this a lot, you have degraded the battery so it cannot hold a charge correctly anymore. That error is saying your battery needs replacing as it has degraded.

Battery health tips: charge before 20%, stop at 80%, or use the health management settings to safely use 100%. Don't do a single giant charge with fast charging on. If possible, use a routine to disable fast charging overnight and let it slow charge as you sleep.
