S9+ clear view not working

Hi there, since the new update a couple of weeks ago my clear case has stopped again! Has anyone else had this issue and sorted it? If so any advise would be helpful.

None of the solutions in several posts worked for me. My cover was malfunctioning after I had updated from Android 8 to 9 until now. Android 10 update fixed my issue just a few days ago.
