Hi there, I Hope you are all well. However, I use a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G smartphone in Bangladesh. I am facing a problem using my smartphone. Every moment when I open any app or do any stuff " Media Picker stops the program" notification box appears.
I am mentioning my problems below.
1. I can not open my Gallery and access the photos. When I open my gallery it opens for a second but closes by itself automatically and a notification box appears in down and shows "Media Picker stopped"
2. I have deleted almost all the apps from my phone. But it shows that my phone is full it is storage.
3. When I go to "My File" it shows 0 (zero) space in my storage. It means 0/0 space. But I have lots of pictures in my phone.
I tried many ways by looking at many video tutorials from many sources but nothing worked out.
I go to system apps-clicked for media picker but the option of clear data and clear cache is not visible. I mean it is visible but not working in any action. It seems like the command option is switched off. The version of my media picker is 15.
I had to get this phone to the authorized Samsung service point they were unable to resolve this problem and they suggested to that they apply a hard reset then this issue would be fixed. But the question is after a hard reset I will lose my all media and files which are most important to me?
Now I am asking the possible solutions for retrieving the data and pictures I have. I tried to back up data but was unable to back up. every time media picker stops every action.
What should I do right now? Or how I can retrieve my data and fix my phone? If I can not fix my phone no problem but I need to retrieve my data. Please suggest to me how can I retrieve my data. Please it's much more important for me.

Hello @shahidopu2001 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋
If your based in Bangladesh then it would be beneficial to submit your post in your own regions section for a more appropriate detailed response.
In the interim you could try >
In regards to your data then Samsung phone's can be backed upto Samsung Cloud, and some people use Onedrive or another online vault such as Dropbox as one of the many examples to back up certain files and photo's.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
