I'm suddenly having problems hearing calls or any audio. On a phone call I can only hear the caller if I putput them on speaker, and for general audio (videos etc) it doesn't work at all.

I can't get round this by just switching Bluetooth off, as I have a Samsung watch that is synced. How do I solve this? I've had the watch for over a year, and nothing has changed to cause this.

Initial thoughts here are that your calls may be coming through your watch instead of the device?

I've not had that happen, but today I've made sure that the settings won't allow that. I'll have a test call shortly, but I still have the problem of no audio when I play media

All the bars are set up to around 75%, so that's not where the possible lies. But thanks!
