I originally posted in August as we were having issues with our A54 phones not charging due to moisture in the charging port, got to the point that the phone died and could not be charged meaning partner lost everything on phone and now can't access emails due to password not being recognised,, also when trying to charge burnt out a brand new samsung charger. Phone sent to Samsung who sent it back as 'repaired' however put on charge and would not charge. Sent back again - returned again 'repaired' however same issue.
Then went to mobile phone insurer who again had to send the phone twice before they then replaced it with an A55. Only had this a few months and now getting the same old ' moisture warning' and won't charge unless under 35% battery.
There are soo many posts about issues with this when are Samsung going to realise there is an issue. Due to all this I haven't even bothered getting my A53 repaired I will just buy a new phone however this won't be a Sumsung phone
