Help, my phone was stolen so I remotely locked it and put it on lost mode when I remotely locked it, then we found it but I've forgotten the pin and also unsure what Google account is signed into it if there is one. Also is stuck on airplane mode so I can't find it on the find my phone app to try and unlock it remotely, is it possible at all to fix this issue or if Samsung would be able to fix it.

Sorry I forgot to put that we ended up find it but now we can't unlock it or factory restart it

Yes I've been told that it might be impossible I have all proof that I own it, so was hoping Samsung could help until I read someone had same issue even when they went to Samsung store which we don't have a store near us. Even when I plus it into a computer it doesn't show up. I want to perform a hard factory restart and that won't work either as I can't access phone on findmy app. Really hoping someone might have a idea or else it's a waste of a new phone
