I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and use the pre-installed mail app. When trying to download a 12.5MB pdf attachment I get the message "Unable to download. File size too large." and the attachment fails to download. The attached email account is on the Outlook server and my retrieval size is set to no limit. What can I do to allow the download of this file?

Second that!! This issue is sooo annoying. Connected to wifi. Toggle several settings. Still issues.
Come on Android/Samasung, fix this.

Yeah, what's the deal Samsung? This started for me ealier this year on my old Galaxy S10 and I thought for sure the software kinks would be worked out when I switched to my new S24 Ultra... Wishful thinking I guess. At least send a response acknowledging there is a problem and that you are working on a solution. OP started this thread in February!
All of my settings are set to No Limit. For some reason it only seems to be affecting 2 of my 3 e-mail accounts using the Samsung E-mail app. If I log into the 2 non-functioning e-mail accounts through their respective access websites, I can download everything just fine, so it should not be a setting issue on that end.
