Cannot view photos in shared albums

I did a factory reset on my phone (Galay A54) a few months ago. Since then, all items in shared albums show up as blanks. The photos are there, as all my friends can see them, and I can too in the samsung gallery app on my PC. I haven't found any fixes online.

Also, I can't view media backed up to onedrive before the reset. They still exist in onedrive.

Silly question time but what happens if you click on the image?
