My note 10 had me locked out for months telling me my password was incorrect. Yesterday it suddenly started working and let me log in. Now it's stuck on reboot. It let's me log into the phone, says phone starting up then just freezes on my home screen before turning itself back off.
What can I do?
I have already tried a hard reset which isn't making a difference. Just to stress I can't factory reset as I'm trying to regain the photos of my partner who died a couple of months ago. Turns out they weren't backed up anywhere 🙄 Thanjs

Hi i should not just lock you out, do you not have recovery options to reset the password ?
As you rightly say a reset is pointless due to reactivation type lock.
Long shot but can you access the photos via USB, ideally a PC you used with it before, then use file manager to manually seek, find and copy to a PC ?
