Import file in Samsung Pass requires a password

I need to import an export file (exported from Samsung S20) in my new phone (samsung S24+) in the Samsung Pass app. However when I try to Import the .spass file it asks for a password. When I exported the file I was not asked to ad one. How can I resolve this.

Hi Kitty, it should have promoted a password, is it possible you can retry or is it a case of you reset?

Word of caution though, which Dashlane flagged when I tried to export and import into Samsung Pass (was a disaster), was the risk of having an file with basic security and ALL your details.
