Good morning.
I hope that I can explain the problem that I am having as i am not very technically minded. Today I received a notification to change my Samsung account password as it had been active for more than 6 months. That bit i understand. I went to the Samsung wallet app where I entered my current password, then I entered my new password and confirmed my new password. The message I received was that my old password was incorrect. I have double checked my old password and it is correct? I also had a Passkey set up for this account. Could this be the reason why I could not set up a new password for my account?

@Brian59: If you head to samsung.com > Click on the profile in the top right > Sign in/Sign up > Enter your Samsung account credentials, are you able to sign in?
If not, please follow the steps in the link below to reset your password, then attempt to sign in to the Samsung Wallet app once again. Let me know how you get on.
