This issue keeps happening since my Note 20 Ultra, I have seems other posts here in the community forgotten by the mods and spanning across many users and devices:
One day you have X people in your gallery and the next day most of them are gone.
It is not faces merged.
It happens with several devices, all updated, all with apps updated, all had said apps data cleared, all had been previously reset.
I've already tried support and send report via Members, all with scripted replies and several lost weeks os messages going back and forth.
Still no way to force the gallery to reset the database and check all files again and with a status on the processing.
Already kept de device 24/7 plugged in and on wifi to wait its good will to process the files.
I'd like some support here, I'm really at loss. I this is a core function to me and I'd not like to switch just because of that.
