@cezar0408: Please can you confirm the model name and current Android version of the device you're accessing Samsung Wallet on (located in Settings > About phone)? In the meantime, please try heading to Settings > Apps > Samsung Wallet > Force stop > Storage > Clear cache, then restart your device. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps.

No idea but the August update reset Samsung Pay/Wallet and I lost all my reward and payment cards. Had to setup a new!

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung iPhone user.

Current Devices:
  • iPhone 14 Pro 256GB Deep Purple
  • Samsung Galaxy Buds+ > Model: SM-R175.
