Morning,
How do I contact the developers here? Really I want to talk to their managers because someone (or possibly several individuals) deserve a disciplinary for UI7 but I need to get in contact with someone in order to move up the chain.
Kind regards,

Hi @Members_8vv2SKi Welcome to the Samsung Community I do not think you will get very far with that
There may be mixed opinions on One UI7 but a number are happy with it. things you can change are here, credit to @Roko621 https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Samsung-Apps-and-Services/A-list-of-features-that-can-be-changed...
More detail of customisation with Good Lock here https://news.samsung.com/global/exploring-good-lock-%E2%91%A0-the-ultimate-personalization-tool-disc...
Developers do not come on here much, the best option is to lerave Feedback in Members App but stick to specifics. Members App-Support-Send Feedback.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Afternoon,
I was told this is the app. I use a PC with a proper keyboard, I don't want to use my phone to log things. I have read some of Roko's post but third party individuals shouldn't be fixing things like this, Samsung should.
I guess I will wait for the phone call.

Morning,
Thank you for your comment. I have had my phone call with the support team now, and I've logged my grievances.
To be clear, I'm focusing on grievances on 2 different aspects.
1. Consumers should be able to log their complaints without the need for an app. I don't have the issue with an app being there but if I'm logging a complaint I want to use a proper keyboard with a proper monitor, and I don't think that's asking too much.
2. Allow consumers to rollback updates. I'm fully aware that me complaining isn't going to cause change so I think that's a lost battle. But, Microsoft windows allows you to undo updates if you wish. I don't think there's any reason why mobile technology can't provide this same functionality.
I'm extremely aware of the futility of this exercise but as one of the tiny number of individuals I've done my bit. 🐵
