Can't use the £50 galaxy store voucher

I have claimed the £50 galaxy store voucher for buying the Fold 5, and it is sat in my coupons section of my galaxy store, but when I download a game and it asks for payment it does not show nd I'm not able to select it to use it for payment. And when I press use voucher in my coupon part of the galaxy store it just goes to the apps and same thing as above happens?

Please help me figure this out as I'm going to end up loosing the £50 voucher at this rate

Hi all. I have the £50 voucher in my Galaxy store. If I tap use voucher it just takes me to the store. There is no code shown on the voucher. I have tried to buy apps, or buy in app purchases but never given the option of using the voucher. I can see above plus many others on here having the same issue. I have not yet found anyone who has managed to purchase anything using this voucher. If anyone does know how to use this voucher please share. All Samsung reps do is refer to the t & c which do not explain how to actually use the voucher. 😁
