Can't use the £50 galaxy store voucher

I have claimed the £50 galaxy store voucher for buying the Fold 5, and it is sat in my coupons section of my galaxy store, but when I download a game and it asks for payment it does not show nd I'm not able to select it to use it for payment. And when I press use voucher in my coupon part of the galaxy store it just goes to the apps and same thing as above happens?

Please help me figure this out as I'm going to end up loosing the £50 voucher at this rate

its not a complete waste, you can use it on VPNs and other subscriptions in the normal app section not just games.

Yeah I know, but I already have a VPN and I have not yet found anything else I might want to subscribe to. There's a few things I wouldn't mind spending free money on, but although they're available in the Play store, they're unfortunately not in the Galaxy store

I have this voucher too and it won't add.. just goes back to galaxy store home screen it's an absolute con .

A VPN is a virtual private network which is used to hide your IP address, so for instance you can use a tv streaming service outside of your designated country as it won't pick where you are, if you looking at things that you don't want people to know etc. You can use dark mode in certain browsers that can have similar effects as well for instance duckduckgo

I was struggling too, it's because when I was trying to claim it was during busy times when everyone else was using the claim website. I did it this morning at 09:30 got it straight away and claimed everything else for me

You have to manually add the code to the voucher section.

How do you claim for vpn?

I tried nord, express vpn and surf shark but all want me to choose a plan from their website and no option to pay via the voucher.

Yea I'd like to know too. Von seems the only way to go to get something out of this voucher.

I added the code, voucher shows under vouchers and gift cards. Tried to buy Titan quest as the most expensive game on the store but when I go to check out there is no option to use the voucher
