£50 Galaxy store voucher

So I have claimed by £50 Galaxy store voucher but have no idea how to claim it as it says its for in app purchases only and if you don't spend the whole amount, you lose the rest. I can't find anything to purchase - where am I going wrong?

@Salali Sorry what doesn't work? To add the voucher number, or do you mean to redeem the voucher? What doesn't work with Samsung reward? I'd you could give me more details of what you are trying to do ?

Also can't get same trade in deal and discount for my S23 Ultra trade in purchase on Samsung. Co.uk for the same price on Samsung.com why?

This thread is about the process of redeeming a galaxy store voucher. What you have a is a discount code!
Is the discount code still valid when you tried to process it?
Samsung.co.uk and samsung.com are two different market and would offer different discount rate and packages etc. never bought anything from samsung.com so not sure how different they are in terms of discounts etc.
You would need to speak with Samsung customer service to assist you further.
