WW80J5555 taking in Fabric Softener too early

my WW80J5555 washing machine is taking in the fabric softener in when its filling up for the wash so its taking the softener in at that stage instead of at last rinse time. 

the drawer is absolutely clean, as is the syphon part, I am filling it under the 'MAX' line, I am not slamming shut the soap drawer am closing it gently. 

any other Ideas? - the machine is otherwise working perfectly

@andy_in_ireland: I'm not sure what could be causing this to happen. What is it that brought the issue to your attention? Are you certain that you are placing the softener in the central softener compartment, and not the right hand, pre-wash compartment?

thank you for your reply - just had a suspicion as when drum nearly filled up with water to start a wash I paused the machine to add some more soap detergent and then I noticed that the fabric softener had all gone from the middle drawer compartment which holds the fabric softener

My washer does the same thing. Not overfilling it, and the dispenser is clean. It is a malfunction. My clothes are not getting clean as a result. I hope Samsung can come up with a solution for this problem. Very frustrating as this is a newer washing machine

My washing machine it's taking comfort same time when it's washing.. Do you know why.? Please can you let me know please.. Thank you so much.
